Growth Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Growth Manager to lead our sales team and drive the company’s growth from EUR 3M to EUR 10M in turnover. The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the sales department. This role is pivotal in identifying new revenue streams, expanding into new markets, and ensuring that our sales team hits aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales strategy & execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals of EUR 10M turnover.
- Analyze current sales processes and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish clear sales KPIs and monitor team performance to meet growth objectives.

Team leadership:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, driving performance through accountability and support.
- Recruit and onboard high-performing sales professionals as the team grows.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Market & client expansion:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Build partnerships and leverage existing relationships to expand the company’s network.

Forecasting & reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the CEO, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Growth Manager or similar role, with experience growing revenue in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performing team.
- Demonstrable success in driving growth from small to mid-sized businesses.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, set KPIs, and forecast accurately.
- Experience in expanding into new markets or industries is a plus.
- Master degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
