Job Description
As a Market Response Representative (MRR) at BuildUp, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to transform the construction industry through innovation and efficiency. You will leverage your extensive sales experience to handle incoming leads, nurturing them into valuable opportunities and loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management and Development
Take ownership of incoming leads generated through various marketing channels, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
Assess the specific needs and goals of potential clients, tailoring BuildUp's modular construction solutions to meet their requirements.
Opportunity Creation
Diligently nurture leads, cultivating relationships and trust to convert them into qualified opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition nurtured leads into the sales pipeline.
In-Depth Market Insights
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams based on your market research.
Collaboration and Leadership
Serve as a senior figure within the team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Work in close collaboration with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a unified approach to lead management.
Qualifications
Significant experience in a sales role, demonstrating a strong track record of lead management and conversion, preferably within the construction or related industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
A deep understanding of construction terminology and processes is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to work autonomously and within a remote work environment.
Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch being highly desirable.
