Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at BuildUp, you will be crucial in driving our mission to transform the construction industry through innovation and efficiency. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients and contributing to the growth of our modular construction solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach:
Identify and engage with potential clients through targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and social media.
Research and qualify leads to ensure alignment with BuildUp's modular construction solutions.

Lead Qualification:
Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine their suitability for BuildUp's products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified leads for further discussions.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams based on market research.

Communication and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Maintain clear and effective communication with potential clients to build positive relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in English, ideally also in French and/or Dutch.
